Therese worked for me at Zoho Corporation for six months as an interim Director of Call Center Operations. As Director of Customer Service, based in San Jose, California, I employed Therese to assist me in opening a contact center in Vancouver, Canada, from the ground up. She exemplifies what I believe to be essential features of a consulting Call Center professional. She has not only a solid foundation in her technical skills, but also brings in leadership, problem-solving, and people skill aspects to each situation as needed.
One of Therese's main strengths was a problem solver. Therese was tasked with an assorted variety of milestones, from finding furniture, a bookkeeper, hiring staff, interpreting Canadian labor law versus US labor law, to the installation of an ACD switch. With her unique combination of problem-solving skills, communication skills, and people skills, she worked independently with different operational groups from customer service, operations, IT, human resources, legal and dealt with all levels of the business from representative, customer service managers, human resources specialists, directors, and vice presidents. She often worked long hours to meet requested deadlines. As always, her efforts were the same: efficient and effective problem solving using the right tools for the job. She was truly a team player and was well liked through-out Zoho.
