The BCCCA is an industry group formed to bring local professionals together for networking and lobbying efforts. Thérèse Saenz-Saldaña, founder and President of En Casa Consulting Inc., is an active member of the Executive Board of the BC Call Center Association and is responsible for Programs and Education.

Call Centre of Excellence training Series
Ms. Saenz-Saldaña delivers the practical skills needed for careers in today's challenging call centres. She helps individuals build the job skills needed to succeed as call centre agents, supervisors and managers.
About the course:
Students gain a basic understanding of the call centre industry, the technologies used in call centres, performance measurements, team performance, and how they are applied to achieve significant improvements in customer service and business results.
