Company Background
A series of events led to the formation of En Casa Consulting Inc. Thérèse-Saenz Saldaña, founder and President of En Casa consulting is a 10-year veteran of the call centre industry. Prior to the inception of En Casa Consulting, Ms. Saenz-Saldaña assumed the role of branch manager for a multi client call centre specializing in inbound calls. She guided the division through the challenges of ownership changes, staffing and technology installations while maintaining continual contact with her clients. She was involved in the sales process from the initial contact to the implementation of the campaign. The programs varied in size and scope, and she successfully managed the teams required to complete the campaigns. Ms. Saenz-Saldaña created and managed the agent training programs, and utilized call centre statistics to closely monitor the agents and campaigns.
In response to the increasing demand for outside professional assistance, En Casa was created and Therese became actively engaged in independent consulting assignments. Call Centres are places of continuo us changes, and orders for additional consulting projects were coming in which necessitated the development of a more formal business structure, and several more consultants were recruited to keep up with demand.
