She then followed her mother's footsteps and worked as a account manager for a large food brokerage firm, catering to the hospitality industry."

We have developed our skills and business philosphy to demonstrate excellent service and value for our customers. We have twenty one years of combined experience in the customer service industry in a wide range of areas.

"Shannon's experience began in Food Service, and moved to various customer oriented postions in the Banking Industry. She has taken a variety of customer service related seminars which enhanced her natural ability to understand and respond to customer needs."

Our family has had a long term relationship with the hospitality industry. Both our parents have had 25 years experience in the Foodservice business. Our brother has been a foodservice professional for 15 years as well and has spent four years at The Westin Hotel on Grand Cayman Island.

After a brief sabbatical to start our young families, we are now focused on our successful home based business. We enjoy providing our customers with a professional bar catering service which is well organized and staffed with friendly, uniformed bartenders and servers.
