Cooking Class Bishop's cooking classes are held on the last Wednesday of each month, except December, from 10 a.m., until 2 p.m., in the restaurant dining room. Each class revolves around a seasonally themed menu featuring recipes from the restaurant's menu and cookbook, as well as some of our own personal favourites. The focus of our classes is to share ideas, information, as well as our passion for cooking with our customers and friends.

In a relaxed setting, we prepare the recipes and talk about the ingredients and techniques involved. We also like to discuss wines that are well matched to the recipes, and usually have a local wine representative in attendance, with suggestions of specific wines for each dish.

Class size is limited to 12 people.

The classes tend to book up quite quickly, so please contact us for a specific class, or to be on a waiting list for a class that is already full.
